My Order FAQs
Please feel free to contact with our customer service through phone or online for any help you need.
You can make changes to your order before payment or just cancel this order to make a new one. However, changes cannot be made after you make payment for your order if already paid online and after order is shipped in regards prescription contact lenses and eyewear.
Ali Optician offers a fast way of checking all orders you just need to log in to your account to check the status of your package or use the order number to track it. If you face any difficulties you can always contact us through phone or email.
Total Delivery Time = Preparing Time + Shipping Time
Before we ship your order, we conduct a strict Quality Control checks and testing to ensure your product’s quality prior. The processing time varies by location, depending on the specification of the product. Our average time and goal is to ship your local orders within 24-48 hours if available and international orders within 4-5 days or longer depending on shipping country and shipping regulations/requirements and customs.
All orders receive an email with tracking conformation of the shipment.

Ali Optician partners with major international shipping companies like DHL.
Ali Optician charges no delivery fee for shipping within Kuwait. We do charge for international shipping based on shipping rates of international shipping companies.
In some cases, there will be VAT or other taxes, customs duties or fees levied by your destination country. Additional charges for taxes or customs clearance must be paid by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount of it.
Customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local custom office to find out custom laws. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Once an order has shipped out, we will send you a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. Please track it in your member account:
First: Login your member center and click” my order “
Second: Find the order which you want to trace and you will see the tracking number and shipping company.
Last: Use the tracking number to trace on the website of shipping company.
This procedure holds true for international shipping.
Before your order is sent out for delivery we will contact you to confirm your order and schedule a delivery time that best suits you for us deliver your order.
We also offer pick up at any of our locations.
Sorry, at this time nor us or our shipping partners are able to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses so you will need to provide a street address. If you provide a PO Box or APO/FPO military address, it will delay shipment of your items or possible cancelations. At this moment only to residential or business addresses delivery is possible.
If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, we are here to help. Before getting in contact with us, please try to check:
1. Tracking number.
2. Checking if you have an attempted delivery card from one of our carriers. Your parcel may be awaiting collection at a local Post Office or delivery depot, or you may need to arrange redelivery.
3. The driver may have left your parcel somewhere safe such as your porch/front door if it showed the parcel already delivered on website. You also can check with your neighbors to see if they have accepted the parcel for you.
4. Check your mobile for missed call from our driver. In case you are unavailable to receive your order at the previously scheduled time please contact us as soon as possible to make other arrangements to receive your order in a time.
If you still can’t find your parcel or any problems with your order, please email us email@example.com or +965 23923990 and quote your order number. We’ll reply within 24hrs and do our best to locate your parcel and make other arrangements for you to receive your shipment.
Most of shipping company will deliver the parcel three times. If the consignee cannot be contacted, they will return the parcel to the sender. Please ensure that you have provided the correct shipping address when you make an order and phone number, ensuring you answer your phone.
We are not responsible for mistakes made by customers.

Credit / Visa/Debit Card/ Cash (local Kuwait orders) on delivery.

Unfortunately, we do not offer this service online. Only in person at our stores or during delivery.
When you’ve chosen your items, and are ready to checkout, you’ll first go to the Shopping Cart page. Before submitting your order, you will get the options to choose discount code if you have.
